1. Don’t skip meals
2. Drink water
3. Control your portions
4. Don’t mistake hunger for thirst
5. Try to move, exercise, use the stairs, clean the entire house, sign up for gym, dance more!
6. Count calories to keep in touch with reality
7. Designate one day in a week where you will allow yourself that extra treat (Only one day)
8. Put a picture of someone you never want to look like on the fridge! That will keep you away, if you’re going for that night snack
9. Relax, breath and find something to do to keep you form thinking about food.

But if these calories boost they cause unnecessary fat and responsible for increasing fatty tissues. Green tea reduces the calories responsible for fat and gives you a touch of peace.

Don’t be afraid to drink green tea, it is far from side effects. It’s a natural way to keep you sound, fresh and healthy. Insomnia or restlessness may happen if you are a new comer to the world of green tea; but they will pass soon once has adjusted.

These do not all mean that drinking only green tea can reduce fat rather you must have a balanced diet.  If you are a junk food lover then the tea may not work in your favor. It is important to note that without changing the eating habit this ‘tea therapy’ will be a waste of time.

The benefits of green tea in human body are so noteworthy that it is supposed to be the tonic of healthier and long life.
