Smoky Eye

This video shows how to do a smoky eye.  So many of us struggle with eye make up application and keeping the eye shadow fresh looking all day.  One tip form The Bubble Beauty editors is to use eye shadow primer. Usually you can choose between shimmery & matt.  We recommed matt because you can use it as a clear base for shimmery and matt eye shadow.  You can also use it alone.
